RICHMOND Gov. Bob McDonnell is reminding taxpayers that they can file their returns online free. The Virginia Free File program will allow more than 2 million low to moderate income taxpayers to prepare and electronically file their returns free, according to an announcement from McDonnell’s office. They can receive their refunds in a few days.
